Delivery FAQs

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays ship the following Monday.

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update your address. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

Your courier will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting your parcel from a local depot or Post Office.

No we require a full physical address for all deliveries. PO Box deliveries are not currently supported.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@charmedchews.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier right away.

Same-day delivery is not currently available. Our Express Delivery option (1–2 working days) is the fastest service we offer.

All orders are insured as long as the correct delivery address is provided. If Royal Mail loses or damages your parcel during delivery, we will send a replacement.
